Materials
We're going to be totally honest with you. We are not the cheapest company when it comes to undertaking a home improvement project. But, we are also far from being the most expensive. The reason why we are not the cheapest, is because we do not skimp when it comes to materials. We don't scour the town looking for gimmicky deals and knock-off materials. We use only the best, highest quality materials we can get our hands on. The best drywall, the best ceiling tiles, the best flooring, etc. If you have something picked out, we'll go with you to check it out and make sure we can make it work optimally for your project, and we will even try and use our magic on the manufacturer, and save you some money wherever we can. When we're done, you can look back at the project 10 to 15 years later, and it will look as new and shiny as the day we finished. The key to adding value to your home, and falling in love with your home all over again, is to NOT take shortcuts when it comes to materials & furnishings - trust us!
Preparation
When you decide what it is that you want to improve and / or upgrade, we'll help you prepare. If things need to be moved, or covered, or taped up, or thrown away, We have your best interests at heart, honestly! If you don't want to be home during the entire remodeling phase, we'll even help you find the best deals on a hotel! What other company is going to bend over backwards like that? If you find one, please let us know, so we can partner with them. Anyhow, the preparation phase is the most crucial phase. We need to make sure all the materials are at the job site, that they are the absolutely correct materials, and all your essentials and valuables are protected, and the most important part - that YOU are comfortable and not nervous whatsoever. We don't want you worrying about a thing, because we always treat our customers' homes as if they were our own. If we didn't, we wouldn't have such a loyal customer base.
